JFC One Barrel "AF" [No. 3] 12-Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky

Some barrels just have that something special, and this one stood out from the start.  
 
This whisky has been bottled in honor of Ramiro Herrera, our late Master Cooper, without whom JFC bourbon would have been just another whisky project instead of the incredible point of reference it's become. Every One Barrel release carries Ramiro’s signature, but No. 3 is the one our team pours when we want to remember what he built.
 
Distinction you’ll notice from the first sniff… with near barrel-strength proof, this gorgeous spirit has effusive notes of vanilla extract layered with Asian spice, oolong tea, cognac, cherry pipe tobacco and candied ginger. The palate is deliciously silky, with a fine dusting of oak tannin that supports layers of brown butter, marzipan, fig newton, dried cherry and milk chocolate. Exceptionally integrated especially given the proof, every sip is an utterly scrumptious, never to be duplicated, sensation.

A bourbon for the record books. High proof never tasted so good.
